Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing your ticket with Coffs Harbour Trike and Private Tours. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase:
   1. Tickets can be purchased online through our website or in person by contacting Brent on 0418468910
   2. Tickets are subject to availability
   3. The ticket price includes transportation, specified activities, and any additional inclusions as stated in the Tour description
   4. All ticket prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST
2. Reservation and Payment:
   1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation
   2. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified on our website
   3. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the total amount for your ticket(s)
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
   1. For all cancellations, please call Brent 0418468910 or email info@coffsharbourtriketours.com.au
      1. Cancellations made by the client
         1. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled Tour departure will receive a 100% refund
         2. Cancellations made more than 48 hours of the scheduled Tour departure will receive a 50% refund
         3. Cancellations made with 24 hours of the scheduled Tour there will be no refund
      2. Cancellations made by Coffs Harbour Trike and Private Tours
         1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Tour. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative Tour or a full refund.
4. Tour Modifications:
   1. CHT&PT reserves the right to modify the itinerary or activities of the Tour if necessary, such as due to weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances
   2. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes in advance and provide suitable alternatives
5. Participant Requirements and Responsibilities:
   1. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult
   2. Participants are responsible for their own behaviour and must follow all instructions provided by CHT&PT
   3. Participants should arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time
   4. Participants must carry a valid identification document, such as a driver’s license, for verification purposes during the Tour
6. Health and Safety:
   1. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations must inform us at the time of booking
   2. We reserve the right to deny participation or remove any participant from the Tour if any of the above pose a risk to themselves or others
7. Liability:
   1. CHT&PT shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay incurred during the Tour
   2. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during the Tour
8. Complaints and Disputes:
   1. In the event of any complaints or disputes, please inform us immediately, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly

9. All prices are valid until the 31st of December 2023

By purchasing a ticket and participating in a Tour with CHT&PT, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
