Orara Valley Tour
Travel through beautiful Orara Valley
Pick up from your location in Coffs Harbour at 10am and then drive west from Coffs Harbour on Coramba Road to start our journey into the Orara Valley. From rolling green pastures and scenic countryside you will be immersed in nature. The return journey will be along Bucca Road through the Hinterland to Sealy Lookout and Forest Sky Pier.

- The drive west from Coffs Harbour on Coramba Road will start our journey into the Orara Valley
- Coramba is in a lush pocket of the Coffs Harbour Hinterland and is loaded with unique character and historical roots.
- Coramba is home to a general store, a gift shop, patchwork store, art gallery and the Coramba Hotel, which has a beer garden at the rear with breathtaking views over the paddocks and rolling hills.
- Nana Glen is a small village that is also inland north-west of Coffs Harbour and takes its name from the Gumbaynggirr word, Ngarla, meaning two-tailed lizard.
- The installed timber sculpture ‘Two Tails’ by local artist Ian Watson is located at the Idle In Cafe and depicts the rare and mysterious two-tailed lizard of Nana Glen.
- The next stop along the way is Glenreagh.
- Set alongside the beautiful Orara River is this beautiful village, overlooked by magnificent sandstone ranges.
- Glenreagh is historically a timber town and even today many of the original timber dwellings still stand.
- Have your photo taken with the Golden Dog, the beloved supersized smiling Dingo.
- Lunch is available at the Coramba Hotel, Idle In Café at Nana Glen or at the Golden Dog at Glenreagh.
- Tour back along Bucca Road through the Coffs Harbour Hinterland to Sealy Lookout and the Forest Sky Pier.
- At 310 meters above sea level the views are just breathtaking! The impressive Sky Pier has a viewing platform providing amazing views over the treetops and to the ocean.
